Our shuttle runs 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and guests are conveniently dropped right outside the terminal - 15 seconds walk to the departure section of the airport.
Whitehall hotel is ideal for guest taking advantage of our car parking packages, as we are closer to the airport then BAA's long term parking, and include free of charge parking for up to 14 days in a secure car park. This works out much cheaper than parking and the airport and is much more convenient.

When you make a booking, you will automatically enter into an agreement with the hotel you have chosen. We will not charge your credit card, as you will pay for your stay upon departure.
Be assured that we take our responsibility regarding your credit card information very seriously. We use the industry standard "Secure Socket Layer (SSL)" technology to encrypt your credit card details. Therefore, we can guarantee that every transaction made is 100% safe.
If cancelled up until 4pm on the day prior to arrival no fee will be charged
If your booking is cancelled after 4 pm on the day prior to arrival, or in case of a no-show at the hotel, the total price of the first night stay will be taken from the credit card used to guarantee the reservation.

All special offers must be checked with the hotel prior to booking to confirm availability.
Group Bookings
Any booking of 10 rooms or more constitute a group Booking and the following terms apply:
No cancellation charges apply if bookings are cancelled before 21 days prior to arrival and a deposit or prepayment may be required to confirm the reservation.
If cancelled after the 21 day period, 50% of the total stay will be charged.
If I cancelled within 7 days of the booking, the full amount will be charged.
If there is any discrepancy with any invoice, this must be raised within 7 days of departure.
In the case where a discounted tariff has been quoted and the numbers significantly reduce, a supplement may be charged.
All bookings, cancellations or amendments to bookings must be made in writing and will only be deemed acceptable to the hotel when made in writing.
