Terms & Conditions
All accommodation is offered subject to availability at time of receipt of deposit, and at the tariff applicable to season. Meal times are pre-arranged and no allowance can be made for meals not taken.
Rooms will be available from 2pm and must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.
The proprietors cannot accept liability for the loss of guest's property, unless it is handed in for safe custody.
In the event of any cancellation or curtailment, should the accommodation not be re-let the person who made the booking, will be liable to pay the total cost as per the reservation, less an allowance for food. The Proprietors reserve the right to amend, curtail or terminate any contract, should the conduct of any person who is a party to that contract cause any detriment to the well being or comfort of other guests.
The hotel is a non-smoking building, including guest rooms and en-suites.
Reservations found to have been made under false pretences will be terminated immediately.
Bookings may be subject to a "Room Bond", returnable on check out.
