French Chef de Cuisine, Jerome Barbançon, has designed a seasonal menu reflecting the success of many classical French dishes. The food is complimented by a small but select traditional wine list featuring wines from some of the best regional growers in France, to dine in Governor's really is a dynamic and memorable experience.

The French Chef prepares each dish using the freshest local and Continental ingredients and locally caught seafood. Both restaurants are popular with hotel guests and Islanders alike.
