HOL-PMS is the web-based Property Management System used primarily by smaller hotels, guest houses and self-catering accommodation providers.

Our Property Management System Module is integrated with and accessed from inside the HOL Extranet. Key features include;

  • PMS Invoicing Module. Including both a standard format and pro-forma format invoice templates along with support for manual invoice adjustment, received payment/deposit and additional credit card surcharge fees. Also included are detailed VAT calculations and a VAT summary table for those extra-long stays causing split-VAT rates or booking extras with variable tax rates.
  • PMS Housekeeping Module. Tailored for both common or garden hotels' cleaning requirements and also suited to serviced apartments requiring a web-based and crucially a printer-friendly version of their cleaning schedule. The HOL-PMS cleaning schedule also supports reporting over a flexible timeframe and allows for manual adjustments/overrides to the cleaning days.
  • PMS Booking Source Statistics. The Booking Statistics Extranet report has been updated to include multi-timeframe breakdowns of the booking source, allowing hoteliers to determine the exact source of their placed bookings going back in history.
