HOL channel manager product now connected to Booking.com

So a great start to 2013 for Hotels Online team - today HOL have passed the Booking.com channel manager certification process - making Booking.com the inaugural channel on our new (yet to be named) channel management module.

Booking.com are part of Priceline.com, a world leader in booking accommodation online. Each day, over 475,000 room nights are reserved on Booking.com. The Booking.com website and apps attract visitors from both the leisure and business sectors worldwide.

Marinos Panayi, Business Development Manager for Hotels Online had this to say;

"Given the fast-paced way that reservations technology moves, bringing HOL firmly into channel management territory was the next logical step for our architecture team.

HOL software developers have worked behind the scenes for the majority of 2012 developing our OpenTravel Standard XML connection framework with the purpose of connecting with both Booking.com and other OTAs - and now it's now their turn to take a bow for a job well-done!!

Booking.com is one of the most popular channels for our hoteliers in all regions and this channel connection will save our customers crucial time; and the synchronised availability and rate parity that will ensue from this connection will obviously lead to more bookings across the board."

Expect more details to follow shortly on the HOL Channel Management Module, in the meantime existing and potential new customers can contact us if they wish to be activated on the Booking.com channel.

More details on other accommodation distribution channels will be released in the coming months.
