Albany Apartments are 4 star self-catering apartments on the outskirts of St Peter Port in Guernsey, with the main building a converted Victorian Town House. St Peter Port town centre is approximately a 10 minute walk away. There is ample free parking. A bus stop is situated around the corner so you can easily explore the rest of Guernsey. Bicycle hire is also available locally.

Set within its own grounds and gardens there is a outdoor heated swimming pool (open from May until September) and outdoor games for the children including a climbing frame/swing and a summer house.

Albany Self Catering Apartments are ideal for relaxing family holidays as noise from the surrounding town and roads are nonexistent due to the secluded location.

Albany Apartments offers quality self-catering accommodation at fantastic prices in an ideal location for a family holiday in Guernsey.

Self Catering Apartments

The Accommodation consists of one or two-bed apartments, either on one-floor or split over two levels; single floor apartments are on the ground level and lead straight out to the garden and swimming pool, whereas the split-level apartments have their own balconies.

2 Bedroom Self-Catering Apartments

Each two bedroom apartment usually has one twin room and one double bedroom so they are ideal for families. All kitchens come fully equipped and the lounge areas are of substanial size.

1 Bedroom Self-Catering Apartments

The one-bedroom apartments just have one double, making them ideal for couples. All kitchens come fully equipped and the lounge areas are of substanial size.

Standard, Superior, Deluxe and Double Apartments

  • Standard apartments have bathrooms with bath/shower, the split-level apartments, also incorporate a downstairs cloakroom & balcony, over looking the swimming pool and garden.
  • Superior apartment has two separate shower rooms with balcony, over looking the swimming pool and garden.
  • Deluxe apartment has an en-suite shower room, separate bath/shower and cloakroom, dishwasher, and a balcony over looking the swimming pool and garden.
  • Double apartment has a double bedroom, bathroom, lounge/diner and kitchen.

    These A.W. Pugin Wing Apartments are located in the New Wing. The ground floor apartments are spacious, with easy access to the garden and pool. The top floor apartments are split level with an entrance hall leading to the kitchen, cloak room and lounge/diner with furnished balcony overlooking the garden and pool. Bedrooms and bathroom are located on the first floor. Only bookable for arrival/departure on Saturdays.

    Clean and well equipped apartments. Very roomy with nice garden and pool. Friendly and accomodating staff. 15 minutes walk from the port, although a steep hill on the way back!

    Having spent many wonderful holidays over teh years in Guernsey some in hotels some in apartments but have never been in any apartment as great as the Albany. My adult grandchildren & I were in the Victor Hugo suite which was beautifully equipped with everything possible for the utmost comfort. Nothing was too much trouble for the very casring manager, Tracy. A huge thank you to all

    We stayed in the themed Victor Hugo suite which was spacious and well equipped. On arrival we had a welcome pack for the kitchen and bathroom. The Manager Tracey is on site and nothing is too much trouble. Our apartment was ready before the stated time due to our early ferry arrival. She also booked our timed visit to Victor Hugo's Hauteville House. The only slight criticism was the siting of the pool table which was directly outside the suites lounge and when used could be noisy. The apartments have onsite parking and are in a quiet location of St Peter's Port about 10 minutes walk from the centre. A great place to stay.

    We (both over 60) loved our stay. Both Tracey and the owner went out of their way to help us with pick-up and drop off on arrival and departure including a trip to the supermarket for groceries followed by a little sight-seeing tour. Personal belongings left behind by mistake were sent on immediately by post. We'll definitely be back with the grandchildren who will enjoy the pool, swings, chute, sandpit and garden. Just perfect for all the family.

    Comfortable, clean, self catering accommodation situated in good grounds with a heated swimming pool on site. Enough equipment to eat in if required and although at the top of the Grange which means an uphill slap from the town there were a selection of local restaurants if that was easier. A good choice if a hotel is not for you.

    The apartment was bigger than we thought, clean and the added extras of providing beach towels, shampoo/conditioner/bodywash as well as milk in the fridge and some biscuits were appreciated added touches. Very friendly and helpful staff too. Loved it!

    We had a great stay at The Albany apartments. They were large and comfortable and the staff could not have been more helpful. The kitchen in the larger apartment was quite small and as I really enjoy cooking it was limited; you can't change the size but perhaps a few more dishes to cook and serve in would be helpful as well as some larger glasses.

    We are pleased Mrs Jane E of Wantage, UK had a great stay at The Albany. Per their comments we will be adding Pint Glasses to our kitchen inventories. We will also be putting notes in each apartment asking guests to suggest additional items they would like to see in our kitchens and we will be adding the most requested items to our inventory. Regarding the size of the kitchen in Apartment #2 although this apartment offers multi sets of French doors leading directly from the lounge and bedrooms to the garden and pool, due to the wide garden frontage of this apartment, the kitchen is smaller than most of our other apartments, for example the eat-in kitchens measure a gracious 12'by 9' and the separate kitchens measure 11'by 6' We want our guests to be happy and therefore we urge anyone considering The Albany to feel free to ask questions and let us know what their priorities are so we can recommend a floor plan to suit their needs. Guests can also find floor plans for all of our apartments on our website.

    The victor Hugo suite we stayed in was a welcome site on arrival, the decoration was very well presented and the rooms were very clean and the beds comfortable. We had a problem during the stay with one of the bathrooms which was resolved by the staff and the owners Deryck and Meliissa swiftly and professionally. We are already booking to stay next year.     We stayed here for a weeks holiday with our daughter 5 and son 2; they loved it! Great toys, books and play area for young kids. Tracey was the perfect host providing bubbles and a birthday cake. Shame the pool was only 19C but they we're just getting that fixed when we left. Top tip if you plan to come in the summer, they have a BBQ for guests to use. Location is good as it's close to Waitrose for picking up dinner. Also handy for going running on the south coast cliffs; I did a couple of 10k runs from here out to St Martins point. We will definitely return at some point.

    Generally very good. Spotlessly clean and excellent service. The soft furnishings were especially good (towels, bathrobes & linen) and the bed was extremely comfortable too. Bathrooms were great and a fantastic idea to have full size toiletries! However, we felt that the some items should have been better quality for 4* accommodation; kitchen units, bedroom furniture and the sofa.

But I hope she will read this mail because I wanted to thank her for everything she has done to me and my friends when we were in Guernsey for the trip with M. Michel in February. Your hotle welcame us correctly and we have spent excellent moments in this pretty hotel. It was the best place ever and I loved sleeping and spending my time in this hotel. Rooms were comfortable, and well-furnished. I loved my room because there were two bathrooms, a pretty kitchen and we have appreciated to be as close as possible of the English language. Thanks for everything and I hope one day, I will go back to Guernsey and for sure, I will stay again in your hotel.
