DEPOSIT
A non-refundable deposit of £50.00 per person will be taken when your Reservation has been made with us with the balance due 3 weeks prior to travel.
If booking within 3 weeks of arrival, full payment may be taken at time of booking.
PAYMENT TERMS
Any outstanding balance is due 3 weeks prior to arrival.
Payment can be made by any recognised credit/debit card.
CANCELLATION TERMS
We respectfully remind guests that a reservation is a contract between us [the accommodation] and yourselves.
Our minimum cancellation charge is £50.00 per person or 10 percent of the total amount due for accommodation (whichever is the greater) and is applicable to all online bookings cancelled.
Should you cancel your reservation the following additional charges will apply:
- 14 - 21 days prior to arrival - 60%
- 7-13 days prior to arrival - 70%
- 0-6 days prior to arrival - 100%
TRAVEL INSURANCE
It is strongly recommended that adequate Travel Insurance is taken out to guard against any costs arising from cancellation, late arrival, early departure or due to Guernsey and UK having no reciprocal health agreement in place at this time.
