HOL-Agent is the greatly expanded, multi-property release of our flagship product the HOL Internet Booking Engine.
Primarily suited for travel agents, lettings agents and destination management companies (DMCs) who wish to use HOL-RES as both their contract management and central reservation system; along with optional HOL modules such as HOL-Canvas our white-label reservation solution and/or HOL-XML our XML API for programmatic distribution of accommodation availability.

Features of the HOL-Agent package that go beyond those in the standard hotelier-focussed HOL-RES product are mostly apparent via the HOL Extranet and include;

Google Apps Integration
All email communications can be sent via the core Google Gmail product, giving our clients a full audit-trail capability. Plus all automatic communications between the reservation system and your customers or suppliers are fully branded as you - there no mention of HOL!

Email Auto-responders
In tandem with the Gmail integration, HOL-Agent also offers both "dumb" and "intelligent" auto-responders which are capable of responding to incoming email enquiries from the popular lead-generation portals such as;
The "intelligent" version of the auto-responder sends the guest immediate availability & prices for the specific stay-dates requested, along with alternative accommodation options if their first choice of accommodation is unavailable. This facility dramatically increases the conversion rate by reducing the delay in-between a guest querying for rates and your response.
